Rooted in Greek hospitality. Built to last.
Eleonwood builds websites, software and growth systems for independent hotels, restaurants and spas in Greece. The tools the big groups have, without the bureaucracy. We built each one after working the department it serves.
We ran it first
Every line of this studio starts in a job one of us held. We do not build for a department until we have worked inside it.
Front desk
We worked check-in, the late arrival and the 11pm enquiry. Then we built the site and the enquiry flow that answer before we do.
Reservations and channels
We held availability across the OTAs, the inbox and the phone at once. Then we built the calendar and the sync that stop the double booking.
Housekeeping
We ran changeover day off a spreadsheet and a printed list. Then we built the board the floor actually uses.
F&B service
We worked the pass on a full Saturday. Then we built the covers, the no-show table and the ordering behind them.
Spa
We booked treatments by hand between two therapists. Then we built the calendar that protects the gap between them.
Revenue and OTAs
We paid the commission line and watched the direct share. Then we built the rates, the emails and the path to booking direct.
Pre-opening
We opened properties from empty rooms to the first guest. Then we wrote the procedures and the training that survive a season.
The name
A Greek root, an English structure, and a mark that grows one ring at a time.
Eleon
From elaion (ελαιών) — the olive grove. The oldest form of Greek hospitality infrastructure: slow-growing, deeply rooted, still productive after generations.
Wood
Not a forest — the grain. Cut any piece of wood and you find its history written in rings: every season it survived, every year it added something.
Brand pillars
Rooted
Local, present, long-term. We work with properties over seasons, not sprints.
Grown
Nothing is bolted on. Each system is added like a ring — on top of what already works.
Operational
Success is measured in occupancy, reviews and hours saved — not in deliverables.
We have stood every shift we build for. Nothing ships until it has held a Saturday in August.
Tell us which shift isn’t running, and we will start there.
We reply within one working day.
